Today was supposed to be a simple car wash day — just some soap, water, and our trusty Toyota Venza in desperate need of a clean. But of course, when Luna the panther is involved, nothing ever goes quite as planned 😂.
As we rolled out the hose and started scrubbing the car, Luna decided she wanted to “help.” And by help, we mean she turned the whole process into a jungle adventure. First, she leaped onto the hood like it was her personal throne. Claws out, tail swishing, she acted like she was claiming the Venza for the feline kingdom. We couldn’t stop laughing.
When we tried to rinse off the soap, Luna started chasing the water stream, pouncing and sliding across the wet surface like a big house cat—except she’s 100 pounds of pure muscle and chaos. The best part? She somehow turned the rinse cycle into a sneak attack training session, hiding behind the car and then springing out like a ninja panther. No one was safe — not us, not the sponge, not even the soap bucket 😅.
Of course, we kept things safe and fun. Luna is fully trained and super familiar with the environment. She’s basically family at this point, and she LOVES joining in on whatever we’re doing — even if that means turning a basic car wash into a full-blown comedy show.
So, did the Venza end up clean? Mostly. Did we end up soaked, scratched (lightly), and out of breath from laughing? Absolutely.
